Ameci Pizza Kitchen has been serving California since 1931, with locations across the state. Our Burbank and Sherman Oaks kitchens have been feeding the San Fernando Valley for years — real New York-style pizza, made fresh every day.

Built for the Neighborhood

Ameci Pizza Kitchen was founded by Nick Andrisano, who grew up in a New York City Italian pizza family going back to 1931. He brought those recipes to Los Angeles in 1979, and the brand has been a California staple ever since.

Two Locations, One Standard

George Shirinyan started at these two locations in 2017 — first as a driver, then cook, then manager. By 2024, he'd worked his way up to running both the Burbank and Sherman Oaks locations. He knows these kitchens better than anyone.

Made the Right Way

The dough is made from scratch, and the sauce is crafted from whole California tomatoes using traditional Italian recipes. Simple ingredients, done right.

Seven Days a Week

Open every day for weeknight dinners, weekend spreads, and last-minute catering. We only close on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.
